2. What data we process

When you fill in our contact or service form, we process the data you provide: first name, last name, e-mail, phone number, your message and vehicle details (e.g. model, year, VIN).

3. Purpose and legal basis

The purpose is to handle your enquiry and to take steps before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). By submitting the form and ticking the consent box, you confirm that you have read this policy.

4. How long we keep your data

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If no contract is concluded, for no more than 3 years after our last contact. If a contract is concluded, we keep the data for the period required by law (e.g. accounting and tax rules).

5. Who receives your data

Form data is processed by the website provider Webflow, Inc. (USA) and by our e-mail provider, only as far as needed to deliver your message. We do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@mercedesrest.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or with your national data protection authority.
